Designing places and spaces for each individual’s activities, meeting their aspirations, while respecting the environment and integrating technologies and safety standards. None of this can be achieved without co-creation.

By combining our professional expertise as architects and urban planners with the insights and desires of users, the neighbourhood residents and institutions, a shared vision is co-created: architecture for everyone, that is deeply rooted in the present while looking to the future.

It is this approach that assar upholds in every one of its projects, whether in Belgium or abroad, without distinguishing between residential dwellings, offices, business premises, institutions, care homes or hospitals.

Concevoir les lieux et les espaces pour les activités de chaque individu, répondre  à ses aspirations, respecter l’environnement, intégrer les technologies et les normes sécuritaires procèdent d’une cocréation.

En associant nos compétences professionnelles d’architectes et d’urbanistes aux avis et considérations des occupants, riverains et institutions, la cocréation propose une vision : celle d’une architecture profitable à tous, ancrée dans le présent et tournée vers le futur.

Il n'existe pas un modèle, mais une multitude.

C’est ce crédo qu’assar affirme dans chaque projet, en Belgique comme à l'étranger, qu’il s’agisse de logements, de bureaux, d’entreprises, d’institutions, de maisons de repos, de crèches ou d’hôpitaux.

Door in elk project de mens centraal te stellen, blijkt natuurlijkerwijs de essentie van een inclusieve architectuur.

assar bevestigt deze benadering in al zijn projecten, zowel in België als in het buitenland en zonder onderscheid tussen woningen, kantoren, bedrijven, instellingen, rusthuizen of ziekenhuizen.

Creating an architecture that can evolve over time requires collaboration and teamwork. Striking the right balance between function and aesthetic with a multi-disciplinary team. Each project is therefore organised around specialised and complementary teams. In which architects, interior architects, urban planners and technicians share their know-how.
